Your data, in plain language

Aurawave+ is designed as a local-first wellness tool. This page explains what the current app stores and transmits.

Stored in your browser

Guest sessions, listening progress, favorites, and playback preferences are stored in this browser. Guest data will disappear if you clear browser storage. When account sign-in is enabled, your signed-in library and preferences also sync to the app server, with a separate cache on each device. Guest sessions are not automatically uploaded.

Sent when you generate

Your selected goal, duration, sound options, and any optional context note are sent to the app's generation endpoint. A deployed operator may configure that endpoint to use an external model provider, so avoid entering sensitive personal information.

Accounts and voice guidance

Optional sign-in is provided by Clerk. When voice guidance is enabled, step text is sent to the app's voice endpoint and, when configured, its speech provider. Otherwise your browser's speech service reads the text; processing depends on the device and voice selected by the browser. Narration is off by default.

Controls

You can remove individual sessions from the Library or clear your library in Settings. For signed-in libraries, deletions sync to the server and your other devices when connected. Signing out returns to the separate guest library; account caches remain in browser storage until browser data is cleared. This app build does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
